The house has a covered private car park. The width is limited, but wider vehicles can be parked in one of the visitor car parks.
In the summer months from mid-June to the first half of September, the swimming pool is available exclusively for the residents/holiday guests of the residence.
The residential area "Balcon de Malaga" is mainly inhabited by working people. Our house is located in the middle of this wonderfully quiet oasis. Unnecessary noise during the day and especially after 23:00 are therefore frowned upon. Holiday guests are welcome and gladly seen, as long as they bring the necessary consideration.
The bus stop is just above the parking spaces outside the residential zone. Buses run regularly (approximately every 30 minutes) to and from Malaga city centre. From the bus stop to the centre of Malaga, the bus takes 20 minutes. A one-way bus ride to Malaga costs less than 2 Euros.
